This programme is for you if
But you're relying on generic advice, outdated frameworks, or simply referring on because you don't feel equipped to do more.
When a patient describes their distress, you feel the gap between what they need and what you're confident to offer. That gap is closeable.
Audiologists, ENT nurses, hearing specialists, and allied health professionals who want a structured, evidence-based clinical framework.
Whether that means expanding your practice, building a tinnitus specialism, or simply becoming the clinician your patients deserve.
The shift you will make
Before the Tinnitus Mastery Programme
Feeling stuck when patients describe debilitating tinnitus, without a clear clinical pathway to offer
Relying on "there's nothing that can be done," a response that fails your patients and frustrates you
Referring on for lack of confidence, losing patients and the clinical satisfaction of seeing real change
Fragmented knowledge from courses that do not translate into what you can actually do in a session
After the Tinnitus Mastery Programme
A complete, evidence-based clinical toolkit you can use from your very next tinnitus appointment
Confidence to sit with complexity, distress, hyperacusis, comorbidities, and know how to proceed
The ability to build or expand a tinnitus specialism in clinic, remotely, or both
30 CPD hours, a certificate of completion, and a methodology that sets you apart professionally
The curriculum
Each module builds on the last, moving from clinical science through to practical implementation. You will leave with a methodology you can apply immediately, not theory you have to figure out how to use.
Self-paced video learning · Downloadable resources · Designed for busy clinicians

What makes this different
Every module is designed to translate directly into your next appointment. Graduates consistently report using new techniques the same week they complete a module.
The Auditory-Limbic Neuroregulation Model™ is the methodology now taught to NHS and private clinicians. This is the only programme where you learn it directly from its creator.
2–3 hours per week. Bite-sized modules. Accessible on any device. Built around your clinical schedule, not the other way around.
Live Q&As, peer community, and WhatsApp support mean that when a complex case comes up, you have somewhere to turn. That kind of support changes everything.
What clinicians say
This course was different. Gladys went straight to the heart of the matter and delivered a carefully thought-out programme that made me confident to offer advice to tinnitus patients the very next day.
Awajimijana Otana
Director & Founder, Verified Hearing
For a long time I had been looking for a way to help people with tinnitus. The information out there is fragmented. This course was different, structured in a way that made me confident to offer advice to patients straightaway.
Kate Heath
ENT Specialist Nurse, The Ear Health Clinic
"This course has been worth every penny. My practice has grown significantly and I finally feel like a tinnitus specialist, not just an audiologist who sees tinnitus patients. Private clinic is up and running and going really well. It is so good to see my advice being followed and having real results."

Your instructor
Gladys is a Clinical Doctor of Audiology based in London, registered with the HCPC, with over a decade specialising exclusively in tinnitus and hyperacusis. She has worked in leading Harley Street clinics and served as Clinical Director for a national audiology provider overseeing 15+ practices.
She uses what she has termed the Auditory-Limbic Neuroregulation Model™, an approach that incorporates strategies from CBT, ACT, and neuroscience, and has now been taught to NHS and private clinicians. It's the methodology at the heart of TMP. She has published in international journals, contributed to book chapters, and is the author of the Amazon bestselling Beyond the Noise.
She also has tinnitus herself. That personal experience shapes everything she teaches, the clinical and the deeply human.
