This is a free call with a member of our team to identify your needs. You will have the opportunity to briefly discuss your experience with your tinnitus and/or hyperacusis. Following this, you can decide whether you wish to proceed with an assessment.
The Assessment Process
The assessment will include:
- A medical and audiological evaluation
- An assessment of your symptoms
- Treatment recommendation
- Individual management plan
Self-pay fees:
- Initial consultations (includes testing) = £210
- Follow-up consultations = £105
- Initial consultations = £100
- Follow-up consultations = £100
Currently face-to-face appointments are only available on Monday afternoons.
Remote consultations are appropriate for those seeking to book consultations, without testing. Hearing/Tinnitus devices can also be programmed remotely.
In-person appointments may be subject to a waiting list due to demand.

The initial assessment lasts 60-90 minutes, while follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
On average, 3-6 sessions are recommended, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Sessions involve theoretical information, practical exercises, and Therapeutic Tasks to reinforce and apply the concepts and skills learned during therapy.
The diagnostic assessment is covered by medical insurance. However, typically, follow-up appointments are not, unless there is an exception. Please contact me for insurance provider information.
Yes therapy sessions are confidential, and notes are stored in an encrypted system with state-of-the-art security measures.
Yes, therapy sessions can be conducted remotely through Zoom.

Typically, people experience reassurance after the initial consultation, and significant improvement is commonly seen by session 3.
