I help individuals reclaim their lives from tinnitus and feel calm, clear, and in control again.
I’ve worked in audiology for over a decade, specialising in tinnitus and hyperacusis - and I live with tinnitus myself. I know what it’s like to feel trapped by sound, fear, and exhaustion - and I also know it’s possible to live well with it.
That’s what led me to create the Auditory Limbic Neuroregulation Model: an approach that explains what’s happening in your system and teaches you how to settle the nervous loop that keeps tinnitus reactive.
I support patients remotely via tele-consultations, and in-person at One Welbeck private hospital in London. I’m also the co-founder of The Hearing Hub, a collaborative clinic group with over 15 locations across Essex, East London, and Berkshire.
I'm the author of Beyond the Noise, an Amazon bestseller written for people waiting for tinnitus support.
Alongside patient care, I teach healthcare professionals across the NHS and private sector how to support patients with tinnitus.
Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my French Bulldog, Astari, or running my local book club - now over 300 women strong.
Dr Gladys Sanda is the author of Beyond the Noise, an Amazon bestseller across multiple countries, written to offer real relief for those living with tinnitus - especially when they’ve been left waiting for support.
Available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle edition, with the audiobook coming soon.
