Tinnitus & hyperacusis coaching
Tinnitus and hyperacusis take over when your auditory and emotional systems get stuck in a loop. Rebuild™ is how we break that loop: rewiring how your brain responds to the sound, settling your nervous system, and helping you rebuild a life with sound in it.
How I work
When the alarm response switches off, the sound stops running your life, even if it's still there.
You stop scanning for the sound, checking on it, dreading it. The mental space that took up returns to you.
You fall asleep and stay asleep without the sound becoming the loudest thing in the room.
Sound therapy, CBT and ACT-informed strategies, somatic work, sleep re-patterning: which of these matter for you depends on your assessment, not a template.
I look at the systems around the sound too: metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, sleep, stress load, and everything else that quietly influences how loud and how threatening tinnitus feels day to day.
Your guide
I'm a Clinical Doctor of Audiology based in London, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I've studied tinnitus at doctoral level, and spent over a decade specialising in the assessment and management of tinnitus and hyperacusis, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and hearing amplification where it's useful.
I also look at tinnitus holistically, not just as an ear problem. I'm currently training with the Health Coaches Academy toward a Level 5 diploma, which means looking at the systems around the sound: metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, sleep, stress load, and everything else that quietly influences how loud and how threatening tinnitus feels day to day. Most tinnitus care never looks there at all.
And I have tinnitus myself. Everything in Rebuild™ is something I've used, and still use. That's not a credential, but it does mean I'm not asking you to try anything I haven't tried on a bad night of my own.
My career spans both leadership and frontline clinical care. I've worked in some of London's most respected private clinics in the Harley Street district and served as Clinical Director for a national audiology provider, overseeing more than 15 practices across the UK. I've published in international journals, contributed to book chapters and professional magazines, and I'm the author of the Amazon bestselling Beyond the Noise.
Your path
One-to-one coaching · Heal your tinnitus and hyperacusis distress
You're not paying per hour. You're investing in results. Weekly 1:1 sessions, direct WhatsApp access between them, and a plan built and adjusted around your case, continued until your system shows real change.
The quiet guarantee. If by the end of the programme you haven't felt any movement, no shift in how your system responds, no softening in how you hold fear, and you've engaged with the process, we keep working with you until you do.

Across 45 tracked cases, 84% of clients saw a measurable improvement on the Tinnitus Functional Index, the validated clinical scale used to assess tinnitus severity and its impact on daily life.
Two clients, two different journeys through Rebuild™
Example 2 · Kenneth had never struggled with sleep before tinnitus. Once it started, it completely ruined his ability to fall and stay asleep. After joining Rebuild™, it's no longer an issue at all. Hear it from him directly.
Questions
Start with the consultation. It's the only step designed to assess your specific case, and I'll tell you honestly whether Rebuild™ fits, or whether you need something else first.
Generic advice isn't built for your case. Rebuild™ is fully personalised and ongoing: weekly sessions, direct WhatsApp access between them, and a plan that adjusts as your case changes, not a fixed script.
Most people I see have been living with tinnitus or hyperacusis for years and tried multiple things already. 84% of tracked clients see measurable improvement. Where you're starting from doesn't rule this out.
This is the most common fear people bring to me. In Rebuild™, we track it together in real time, every week, and adjust as we go. You're never guessing alone.
